Foreclosure Sales: How to Resolve the Problems will review the current problems with foreclosure property as they are marketed, as offers are presented, as deals are made. It will consider the role a buyer plays in the purchase of these properties as well as the agency obligations of both the seller's and buyer's agents.

showing a foreclosed property, a licensee must prepare the buyer for
the Bank Addendum that will become part of the buyer's purchase
agreement. The bank's addendum will supersede any clause in the buyer's
offer that will in some way harm the bank. What will it say, for
example about the deed to be provided by the bank at closing. What will
